These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of slikly.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Slikly ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order on the Site.
3. Products and safe use
Our products are cosmetic products for external use only. Always read the label and directions before use. Perform a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use. Do not use on broken, irritated, sunburned or freshly shaved skin, and stop use if irritation occurs. Results may vary from person to person.
We try to display our products, colors and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely by our payment providers. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping times, costs and delivery areas are described in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and our money-back guarantee are described in our Refund Policy.
8. Subscriptions
Some products can be purchased as a monthly subscription. If you choose a subscription:
- Your order renews automatically every month, and the payment method you used at checkout is charged the subscription price on each renewal date, until you cancel.
- The subscription price, the discount and the billing frequency are shown before you confirm your order and in your order confirmation email.
- You can cancel at any time from your subscription management page (accessible from the link in your order confirmation email), or by emailing us at contact@slikly.com. Cancelling stops all future renewals; to avoid the next charge, cancel before your next renewal date.
- Renewals that have already been charged are covered by our Refund Policy.
- If the subscription price changes, we will notify you by email before the new price applies to your next renewal.
9. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you confirm that it is truthful and that you own the rights to it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it on our Site and marketing channels.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos and design, belongs to Slikly or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or free of errors.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us at contact@slikly.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
